My Story
Hi! I’m Amber J. Adams, a New York City-based creative and editorial director with a passion for partnering on projects that are helping to shift narratives and advance culture.
In my career, I’ve had the great fortune to be the first or the founding team member in my role several times. I love the challenge of executing something new and partnering across teams to bring new projects to life.
Today, I am an Editorial and Creative Director that crafts digital experiences and campaigns for clients looking to leverage the power of people and culture to advance their brand’s narrative.
My Mission
To honor my desire to contribute to the transformation of human-centered workplaces, I recently became
certified as a Leadership and Executive Coach from Brown University in partnership with the ACT Leader program.
In my time as a coach, I’ve been able to partner with equity-minded executives to coach their team members as well as support individuals in aligning their desires for career growth and development with their deep need to do this in ways that are sustainable and impactful in their industry.
I’m proud of the things I’ve accomplished so far, but I know I’ve only just begun! I’m so glad you’re on this journey with me!
